1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid programmes if you're not satisfied with your purchase. This applies to:

  • 4-Week Evening Framework (£96)
  • 12-Week Ritual Immersion (£180)
  • Any future educational programmes

The free Introductory Consultation cannot be refunded (it is free).

2. Refund Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The clock starts from the date you received your payment confirmation email, not from when you begin accessing materials.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@neckfiltering.world with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and the date of purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
  4. We'll respond within 5 business days with instructions

4. Processing Your Refund

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Processing time depends on your financial institution and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The 14-day window has passed
  • You purchased by mistake and are simply having second thoughts (we encourage trying the programme first)
  • You received the full refund in a previous request for the same programme
  • Your request is fraudulent or duplicative

6. Access After Refund Request

Once a refund is approved, your access to programme materials may be revoked. We recommend downloading any important materials before requesting a refund.

7. Disputes and Appeals

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the change date. Existing purchases remain subject to the terms in effect when the purchase was made.
